In 2014, we set out to assemble a team of jerky connoisseurs. Why? The jerky in big supermarkets wasn’t cutting it. We were simply tired of settling for mass-produced beef jerky—and we had an inkling we weren’t alone.
Since then, our quality experts traveled, called and contacted local ranchers and farmers from around the USA. Our standard for inclusion in our boxes was that they provide only the tastiest, cleanest and all-natural craft jerky. LOLJerky was born.
